School Application

Applications for our 2027 program will open on January 1

Please complete the form below to apply to receive instruments. We encourage you to first review the form carefully to ensure you have all the necessary information. The form should take 5–7 minutes to complete. The application deadline is April 1, and schools that qualify for instruments will be notified in May regarding the type and number of instruments they will receive. Instruments are awarded in mid-August.
